Welcome to Tyddyn Isaf Camping and Caravan Park’s Online Booking.

You are just a few clicks away from booking your five-star family holiday in Anglesey and whilst we are sure that you will enjoy your stay with us, we ask that you please read the information on our stay-camping & touring pages, and the information below in full before proceeding. This will help you to ensure that we are the park for you, and will assist you in choosing a pitch that meets your expectations.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your booking meets our booking terms and conditions – any booking failing to comply will, regrettably, be cancelled.

Opening Dates

We are now taking bookings for 2024!

The park will be open for holiday bookings between the 8th March 2024 and 31st October 2024.

Booking Arrangements

Bookings can be made online (preferred method) or via telephone.

Advance bookings are essential, especially during high season.

Some pitches may have minimum stay requirements at certain times. Similarly, short stay availability may be released last minute.

We cater for families and couples, and do not accept groups of more than three families together. Each family or couple must book their own pitch – no third party bookings will be accepted.

At the time of booking your full contact details will be required, together with a non-refundable deposit payment (40% of the total holiday cost). The balance of payment of your holiday is due 28 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment is required if your booking date is within 28 days of your arrival date, or if the duration of your stay is two nights or less.

Guests who book five or more nights can select their preferred pitch and/or request to be next to friends (subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed). Guests booking for less than five nights are welcome to make pitch requests in the booking notes with the full understanding that we may not be able fulfil the request.

Enhanced Cancellation Protection Scheme

We recognise that many of our guests are eager to get their holidays booked for 2024, but are also apprehensive with regards to making a financial commitment in this new world of uncertainty.

With this in mind, we are offering our guests the opportunity to subscribe to our Enhanced Cancellation Protection Scheme at the time of booking to guarantee a 100% refund if you cancel your holiday 10 days or longer before the commencement of your stay, no matter what the reason.

Pitches

We offer the following types of pitches:

Premium All-Weather Pitch Includes an all-weather base with a rounded pea-shingle awning space, or a full pea-shingle pitch with a 16A electric hook-up point, fresh water tap and grey water drainage point.
All-Weather Pitch Includes an all-weather base with a rounded pea-shingle topping and 16 A electric hook-up point.
Hardstanding pitches Includes an all weather-base and 16A electric hook up point. These pitches are not suitable for use with awnings.
Walkers pitches A grass pitch for a non-electric tent measuring no more than 2.5m x 2.5m for a maximum 2 night stay for 2 persons with/without one car.

The maximum length of your touring caravan (incl. towbar), motorhome, campervan or tent will be required at the time of booking to make sure you are allocated a pitch of suitable size. Please make sure that you inform us if your wheeled unit does not confirm to standard UK configuration as not all of our pitches are suitable for continental style units.

Please note that in order to preserve the natural appearance of our camping & touring areas some of our all-weather pitches are accessed over grass.

Arrival and Departure Information

Guests are welcome to arrive from 12 noon onwards. We ask that guests let us know in advance if they will be arriving after 6pm, however, we are happy to accept arrivals until 9pm.

On arrival you will be issued with a key fob that will operate the hot water for the showers and the gates on the entry points to the park. We will require a £10 cash deposit for each key fob that you require, which will be returned to you when the fob is returned to us on departure.

Guests are required to vacate their pitches by no later than 11 am on the day of departure. Any departures later than 11am will result in the key fob deposit being retained by the park.

Facilities

All facilities will be open in high season, however, the opening times of the shop and take-away will vary throughout mid-season and may be closed on some dates or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Please enquire for further details.

The shop and take-away will be closed in low season.

Any bookings are made on the understanding that facilities may be restricted in the event of a pandemic situation.
